•Managed hardware and software rollouts to 950 Disney Store retail locations, including all Retail Point of Sale systems, all store back office systems, all store intranet communication systems (EARS) and all stand-alone store kiosk systems. This represents the management of over $2 million in hardware assets, and another $2.5 million in software licensing and custom development.
•Ran the production of all support documentation and end user documentation for all retail and store management systems.
•Managed the rollout of corporate office systems including desktop systems for 1,600 users.
•Oversaw the development of Knowledge Base and other internal applications, including a Data Warehousing system and Inventory Control systems running on IBM AS/400s under Island Pacific software.
•Directed the development and deployment of Disney Cast Member Intranet sites including automated HR applications, Time and Attendance systems and other internal applications. This system support over 35,000 Disney staff worldwide.
•Served as an executive member of Disneys Y2K disaster recovery team. As such, he was one of 14 people worldwide granted all-access privileges to all Disney facilities and subsidiary facilities.

• InnRoom office printer/fax/copier devices custom developed and installed in 3,000 business-class hotel rooms at the Venetian Hotel in Las Vegas.
• Cordless hotel door locks that communicated via 802.11 and Ethernet to the servers and via Bluetooth to PDA's and other portable devices to facilitated automated hotel check-in.
• Generator/battery charger imbedded into an automatic door closer to provide power to the hardware embedded in the hotels doors (networked door locks, environmental sensors, emergency exit lights and "do not disturb" indicator systems.)
• Networked climate control systems utilizing multiple room sensors and intelligence from the hotel property management system.

•Oversaw all aspects of Quality Assurance for this long-distance telephone company, including the support call center to ensure that high-quality telephone service was established and maintained to approximately 3,000 businesses at a rate of over 12 million minutes per month.
•Maintained relationships with long distance service providers and local exchange carriers (Pacific Bell and GTE) and used automated mainframe and PC-based systems to track down problems and irregularities in the delivery of phone service and the resultant billings.
•Oversaw the initial and continued training of all sales, administrative and technical staff of the company and supervised the development of training programs all company staff.
